Maternal death arising from bleeding during child birth are common, let alone high rates of accidents that cause much bleeding and later death. Blood is in short supply.Lions Club of Kumi Central noted the need and has arranged to hold a blood donation day on 20TH, September, 2014 in Kumi Town.
The blood donation activity is planned together with the recently chartered Leo Clubs, the Community and the Regional Blood Bank Office. We wish to take this opportunity to bring the young people together so they can learn, grow and serve.
