CLUB HEALTH ASSESSMENT – OCTOBER 2014 & DISTRICT
MY DEAR FELLOW LIONS,
I trust this e-mail finds you in best of your health and the will of Strengthening the Pride of our District 411B by increasing more Quality members through SERVICE WITH CARE.
I strongly believe, there is immense untapped areas in our locality awaiting to be unleashed and the eventuality of Lions meaningful human activities and projects are drawing the attention of General Public to crave for joining the Lions Club. This is a unique opportunity for all of us to earn Lions pride by increasing more members and chartering new clubs.
We are partially getting complacented with a little but better progress this month in terms of membership growth. Looking at the October 2014 Club’s Health Assessment it is satisfying to note that now we can see and feel some Rays of Hope of salvaging our District from Danger with a Minor positive Net Growth of 42 members, compare to last month’s Report – Congratulations. As of 30th October 2014, the strength of our District stands at 1244 members with 42 Clubs.
But my dear fellow Lions, despite the little gain we have achieved in membership growth doesn’t mean that we sit back and relish our achievements. I would want you to throw a little glance at the District Governor’s Recap whereby you will find 10 Clubs in UGANDA and 5 Club in TANZANIA are at the greater Risk of STATUS-QUO and Cancellation, because of the delay in payment of the International Dues.
